Camp Weequahic...Where Caring is a Tradition!

Nestled in the Endless Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, Camp Weequahic is the summer home to 150 boys and 150 girls. Founded in 1953, our camp has grown quite a bit, but our camping philosophy has not. Our commitment to our families to provide an exceptionally caring environment and offer the best possible camping experience for children, remains unchanged. We live up to this commitment with our outstanding facilities, caring staff and almost 60 years of tradition.

About Weequahic

Camp Weequahic offers a complete, traditional co-ed camping experience in an exclusive three week session. Campers participate in a well-rounded program, offering comprehensive instruction in Athletics, Waterfront, Arts and Adventure. Everyone is encouraged to try new activities and to improve their skills. All campers begin camp together, bond with their new friends during their three week stay, and depart the same day.

Camp Weequahic is located in Lakewood, Pennsylvania, just over two hours northwest of New York City and three hours from Philadelphia. As you enter Weequahic, you'll immediately feel the warmth of our camp. You'll feel at home and understand why our campers return summer after summer.
